I have checked all my grounds, charged my battery. Wiring specialties did my harness and I have also replaced my relay. Nothing happens when I turn the key but the relay clicks. I have checked to see if my ecu is getting power and it is and my fuel pump is also getting power too Everything that has to do with the car starting is getting power. One weird thing when I stick a test light in the fuel pump pin out it turns it on and I have fuel pressure. Are one of the lights on the ecu suppose to turn on when the key is in accessory?

Did you by any chance convert from AT to manual transmission? I believe that the single led ecu's have the red led on solid when they are in regular mode 1 operation.(not in any diagnostic mode)
