Beat a Lamborghini Murcielago With my rb25?

I have an OBX turbo manifold, Nismo tuned ecu, 550cc injectors, a t62 Garret turbo running .96 A/R, 18 lbs of boost, Tomei cam gears with both advanced 3 deg, 3" down pipe and catback Invidia exhaust but the cat has been removed and a test pipe in its place, a large 24x12.4 FMIC, HKS SSQ BOV, and tubonetics 38mm wastegate.

The reason I ask is there is a guy in my little 25,000 person town with 2 of them. A pearl yellow coupe and a lime green roadster. He also has an Aston Martin Vanquish, a Ferrari 550 and a Bently. Plus others I haven't seen. Anyways, he is always picking on the import kids with one of his lambos. I say kids because I am in my early 30's. Granted, most of them only have Cavaliers or Civics with nothing more than a muffler and intake from Autozone. The only guy in town with a potentially fast import is to afraid to go fast. So I want to set him straight about imports. Only problem is, my car is running but will not be drivable for a couple more weeks. This is kind of pre-emptive. I have it running but haven't had a chance to go to the dyno or the track.

In what terms beat? you'd definitly lose the launch, murcielago's are AWD. I doubt that that t62 would spool that quick, and even when it did, the lamborghini still has great top end. so no I highly doubt u'd have a chance. Now if the guy drives like a retard u can win, but anyone can screw up driving a fast car.

Well, I have seen him ride the clutch many times. He had trouble keeping his Ferrari on a hill.

having seen a countach get clowned by a GT-R I think you would do ok in a dragrace. Top speed running is what that thing does best so stay off the highway. The guy has all those cars and all that money and he still feels the need to pick on young guys scratchin and fighting to get their cars working good, what a stain. If I had a GTR Z-tune I would loan it to you so you could school his ***. Have you thought about flippin the script on him and tell him you don't race "dealer tuned" cars, you have no respect for guys who don't tune their own cars and won't waste your gas on his poser ***. That should tweak his knob.

I just checked out the Lambo site and the clame the car only runs the 1/4 at 12 sec, 121 mph. That sound like a ripoff for over $200,000. I have seen guys on here running that with 25's with less done to them than mine.

uhh yea but its a DAMN LAMBORGHINI

not a 25,000$ S13.

you arent paying for speed, your paying for the name and status that goes along with it.

yeah, but I built my s13 myself. Didn't just buy it. Granted, the Lambo is definately cool, specially the lime green roadster. But 90% of america lives on a budget. For a guy that has way to much money, he must be bored if he has to race kids in there half a**'d Civics.

I just quoted a price on a lambo like his. If I was to pay $60,000 down and get 3.5% financing, my payments would be a mere $6,081 per month. I think I can swing that on my $60,000 a year job. If I sell everything else I own and live in the freakin car. Not much room for me, the wife, 2 kids and clothes though.

A countach is one of the earlier lambo's if im not mistaken, a murcielago is way newer, and has way more power. Classics will always be fast in a sense, but modern is modern.
