I've considered it, Krylon has a flat clear coat i might try out.Papi Chulo wrote:are you going to put any clear on it?
not yet. I took off the rear bumper to sand all the edges better so it doesnt peel in the future. I also took off the hood and that is turning out pretty good but that is because i sprayed like 2 heavy coats so... Anyways i'm starting to wet sand the base to get it extra smooth. I found this amazing sanding sponge by 3m,its about the price of a pack of sand paper but lasts a lot longer, and it does wonders when you use it for wet sanding because you dont have to keep dipping it in water as much as regular sandpaper since its a sponge and holds the water. They come in multiple grits, 100 180 and 320. the 180 was the most since it was a bigger sponge but it wasnt to bad. I'll go and take a pic of that hood while its still sunny. Thanks for the positive comments guyss13importuner7 wrote:are you doing the door jams and everything? also i have one of those gun holders for spray cans. i like it actually. its kinda silly but its so much easier to use.

Thanks for letting me know cuz i was planning to go get one of those tomorrow. Unfortunatly i cant move the car into a better position to get better pics because my only key broke and i now have to go out and find a locksmith that can replace itZX88 wrote:
