could I drive with no intercooler piping.....?

my swap is almost done (sr) an i need to get some intercooler piping fit and bent. I was wondering if i could go a few miles to get the piping fit an bent without anything happening to the engine?

get dryer tubing and stay off the boost to drive to wherever you need to get the piping done.
