Cosworth Head gasket install? Help!!

I just got my head port and polished along with some supertech dual valve springs and retainers. I also have ARP headstuds I got a cosworth 1.1mm Head gasket. I am about to install the head gasket but wasn't sure on one thing.

with the OEM gasket you are supposed to use RTV. This is a multilayer gasket should I use RTV with this one as well? I feel like I shouldn't.

Has anyone used one of these that knows? this is the last thing that is keeping me from getting my car on the road after a very long year.

Clean the head and block really good and put it on with out the rvt! Most people say DONT use coper spray! I did, then I searched nico and was told not to use any thing! SO put it on, then put the head on as I could only put the arp studs on after the head was on. and I had to take the arp studs out to take the head back off.

yes, you should put RTV on top of the front cover regardless of OEM head gasket or MLS head gasket. This is to seal the gap between the head and front cover. You need RTV there since you only have two skinny bolts providing clamping force.

BTW, I dont understand why the previous poster said no copper spray. Ive used it everytime Ive done head work on my Apexi and it hasnt failed me once.

Yes I forgot the front cover rvt! I did do that. RVT'ed The top and bottom. Codyace suggested 2 me not to use coper spray. I always use it and have no problem. He said some have had problems with it some havent. Im hard headed and used it anyway because I had lite scraches on the block and I wanted to fill the voids! MLS head gaskets have a coating of vilton to help it seal but it wont fill the scraches. Had I goten the block decked too I would of used coper spray anyway.
