Cost to install Shocks/Struts and AC Work

Hi, I have a ruptured disk and cannot work on my car anymore. I just bought all 4 from TireRack and should be in this week. My friends never have any free time to help me. One friend has someone that will install the two front struts for $120 and wanted $70 for the rear. I talked him down to $150 to install all 4.He also is going to charge me $175 to rebuild my AC system with my parts I will get. Is that a good price for the work? Should I look for another shop? I usually work on my car but because of my health issues I am stuck. I just want to know if these prices are good for these jobs.The Car is a 90 s13. Later P e a b o d y

Yes....that is a good deal. When i got my KYB's i went to a profesional to get a quote, they wanted over 700 dollars just to install. So needless to say i did them myselves. They said that putting shocks/springs was very difficult on these cars. I really didn't think it was all that bad...not for 700 dollars at least.
