Cost on repairs?

Hey, does anyone have an idea on the cost of replacing a hood and rear deck lid on a 96 240? Also I'd have to pull a bunch of dents out of the roof. . . I found a 96 with hail damage. . . not sure if it would be worth the trouble.

Any ideas or experiences like this?
