Hello,I am trying to get an idea of how much I should pay to have my serepntine belts replaced? Is it a complicated job? How long should it take? I have a guy (shade tree/home garage) that said he would do it for $100 is that too much?

Thanks ahead of time.

Lots of things need replacing besides just the belt [tensioners, water pump, etc].............get a quote from your local dealership including parts prices.

I would only use an oem replacement belt....................he doesn't think much of his labor if he proposes ALL necessary labor for $100.

Let me make sure we are on the same page because I think I used the wrong term. I am talking about the three belts for the A/C, power steering and ... I forget the other one. But technically since it's three separate belts, it's not serpentine. Are these the ones you are referring to a well?
