Wow, ok, so I went to Advanced Auto... they quoted me 82 each for the rear calipers... AutoZone said 66 each... theyre both double that without trading in the old calipers. Is this RIGHT? Do I have other options?

I wouldn't go with used/junk yard parts for brakes. Stopping is important. Go with new OE (if you've got the $$$) or some remans.

I think I paid $150 or so for loaded calipers with exchange through Auto Zone a few years back.

$66 isn't bad. It usually a good idea to change them. Both on my past S13s have had rear caliper problems.

limited lifetime--> as long as u own your car/non-transferable.

i suggest u scan the receipt as well; those thremal printed receipts will fade over time.

autozone has great warranties on standard pads as well; i've replaced them 3x for free already!

PS: if u want to try to rebuild them yourself, i've got 2 seal/dustboot kits that u can have for $2.40 a caliper...
