Cost of a Rb20 going into a datsun 620???

Ive got 3k left in my pocket and am wondering if its gonna be enough. Im having a hard time finding a shop out in the L.A. area thats willing to do the swap or even give me an estimate of what it would cost. Appreciate any help

What do you have so far in parts and maintenance done so far???
If you just picked up a motor set and have the car then $3k is not enough for a reliable swap.
your going to need to have custom mounts, downpipe, IC piping and wiring.
then timing belt water pump tensioned and idler and oil pump etc...

So maybe will luck you could have a decently running swap. if you want an RB25 or 26 just keep throwing money ontop of 3k.

im just kinda in the dark. ive been messing with B-series for a while. so i dont know how much modification is needed to make the swap work. But good looking out on the info. Im just gonna stack chips for another couple months.
