Correct Wheelskins size for Steering Wheel

Hi guys! As the title suggests, I am looking for the correct size to order when buying the Wheelskins steering wheel wrap. Their website suggests the 3 7/8 inch width size is correct, but when I measured the "bumps" on the steering wheel, it was 4 1/4 inch. The website says that we should take into account the fattest part of the wheel http://wheelskins.com/measure.php If those of you that have done this mod can chime in, it would be greatly appreciated!

Here is the response I got when I emailed the Wheelskin company: You will not want to have the whole cover not fitting by ordering the larger size. Before installing the cover you will want to spray the suede side of the leather with water to give it an extra stretch when installing. This will help the hand grip parts to close better.
