Correct transmission Flush Procedure

my transmission on a 90Q with a rebuilt is in desperate need of a transmission flush. my question is the correct procedure so i can relay this to a (maybe) inexperianced tech at my local shop. my questions are: 1. can i flush with regular atf before refilling with synthetic and how much should i bring with me. 2. i'm ordering the kit from scottsdale, from what i understand bg conditioner is NOT included with kit, is this important and when is this added. 3. how/when do i run through the gears while flush is in process. 4. anything else i should do/know for my first flush. would appreciate a total walk through so i can do it correctly the first time!!!!! thanks everyone!! jeff
