I have an S13 Redtop in my S14 but the ECU that came with the clip is an E5 and the O2 sensor is a skinny O2 sensor....Is it OK to be running this combination? Thanks.

the e5 is a blacktop ecu, which i believe the o2 signal is a different pinout on the ecu.probe the middle wire of the o2 sensorwhen the car is warmed up.you should get around .7 volts.

Is there any issues running the combination I am running though? Thanks.

not unless you like a non-functioning o2 sensor.

If you have a redtop harness you use a redtop ECU (#62 or #63), and use the skinny O2 sensor.

If you have a blacktop harness you use a blacktop ECU (E5 or E6) and use a fat type O2 sensor.

OK, I bought a #62 from someone off the forum so I guess I will have to send my chipped E5 and the 62 back to Enthalpy to have them swap the boards? Thanks guys.
