Corner, Turn signal wiring silvia conversion

I am having a hard time with my silvia conversion. my turn signals wont blink. They just stay on. Can anyone help me or give me a sight to help me

The bumper signals or the corner signals?

For corners, people just splice it into their sidemarkers so its on when the sidemarkers are on and if you want the corners to blink, just splice it into your bumper signals.
