I have an 09 M35 which is basically the same body and lighting. If you are referring to the fender mounted turn indicator, it is a sealed unit and you cannot replace the bulb. I took mine apart while upgrading my lights to LEDs. My previous 07 M35 had an actual bulb that you could pull out and replace, but the design of the 09 is a sealed unit and does not have access to change the bulb far as I can tell. It costs about $30 to replace that little unit.
If you are referring to the little side marker lamp on the outer edge of the headlight assembly, that bulb is removable and can be changed. You need to remove the wheel and the inner fender liner to get to it. (The same process for replacing low beam headlamps).
