Corbeau seat question

I (6'1" + 38" waist) need a nice racing seat that will fit in an S13 and has enough space for me to put a helmet on for drift events. I've been looking at the Corbeau FX1 and Forza seats and the rail combos to match. The FX1 from what i've been reading can take side mount brackets. If i get them, i would match them with Nagisa Auto super low rails. And the forza seat, is bottom mount, in which i would match them with Bridge MO seat rails. I wanted to know which combo would sit me lower in the car and be a better match for me. Any info on the subject would be GREATLY appreciated!

I have corbeau lg1's and corbeau brackets and with a helmet I barely clear. If I recline the seat even a little I fit perfect. And I'm 6'. If you want to make sure you clear I would recommend getting seats that are side mount, however side mount seats are hard to find for wider waists.
