Corbeau FX1

I'm going to be sitting in some seats at a local shop tomorrow to see what I like better. I've had my eye on the Corbeau FX1 Pro for a long time, but I'm not sure if I'm "THIN" enough for the seat. I realize there is a Corbeau FX1 which is a bit wider so I'm going to look into that sas well as the Buddy Club WIDE seat.

My quesion though, is, does anybody know if the Corbeau FX1 (not the Pro Version) fit with Nagisa or Bride rails, and how low it might sit? I'm about 5'10" and 186lbs with a 35" waist for reference.. but the damn thing is, i still hit my head with a helmet in my car with a stock seat (i hate reclining..)
