Copper spray on headgasket

Im planning on doing a headgasket change w/ cometic and some arp studs. Is copper spray needed? Ive heard some people use it and some dont. Im planning on doin this once and right .

any quality metal headgasket is adequate.

I use it, call it extra insurance.

dam straight, more is better in things like this. anybody got a link to that stuff. I have never used it before.

i was taught to use silver spray paint when putting on head. it never fails for me

worked good with the exhaust and headers but its real sticky so try an get it on right the first time if you can
