like the title says i have a few mystery wires and a few plugs to figure out as well. well tidying up my wiring squid i came across a few wires that were cut and leading to nothing. theres a good chance i don't need these but i'd like to get some input (i'm counting on MGE to stop in). all the cut wires were found behind the fuse block behind the kick panel on the driver side. i traced the wires back as far as i could for the night and i have a breakdown and pics of everything.

first up we have a yellow wire with a red stripe. the wire goes to the small plug pictured below. somewhere under the driver side small under dash panel. the other wire on the plug is black and is therefore a ground, so thats not too helpful

next we have a red wire with a black stripe. as previously mentioned this wire (like all of them) started behind the fuse block and led up along the harness to where it branched into several wires of the same color. one of those red/black wires goes to another small plug found in the same vicinity of the first plug but nearer to the steering column. the other wire to the plug is green/white and is also cut, pictures below

the 3rd wire is solid red and goes to one of the long flat plugs that is used for one of the buttons near the instrument cluster (iirc)

the last wires all just lead up the harness and presumably across the dash. they are; yellow/blue, yellow/green, blue, green and red/black. theres a good chance that the green wire and possibly some of the others goes to the door dinger. i'm gonna hit fsm like i'm studying for the SATs but i appreciate any help, thank you.

What is all of this on? S13 or S14? One looks like its for the foot well light on the driver side, and last one looks like its a consult plug. But more info and better pics would help.

heres what i'm working with now. i chased the yellow/blue wire all the way across the dash to find that it goes into the plug that goes up the a pillar to the dome and map lights. because of how i wired mine i no longer need this wire since the wire on the other side of the plug is cut offso thats one problem down

next i have the red/black wire. turns out it goes to the same plug but does have a wire coming out the other side of the plug so it looks like i'll need to splice this wire in somewhere. judging from the color it is for power of some sort and i'm pretty sure it gets constant power

the blue wire goes into a long flat plug that plugs into part of the main harness on the pass side

the yellow/green wire goes into a plug covered in foam that sits right in the middle of the dash near the heater/ac unit. i know what this plug is i'm just drawing a blank but there isnt much that plugs in around there. wait a minute...is that for the radio????? i'll look into that

i just realized i didn't record where the solid green wire goes but i'm about to look into that right now.

i didn't mention them earlier but i also have a few wires on the pass side. i followed them and they all go into the consult plugto my knowledge i can just removed the whole thinng and all the wires to it, correct?

thanks for the help, i'm gonna keep researching

traced the last mystery wire, the green one. it splits into 4 separate green wires. the first 2 go to small plugs on the right of the steering column.

the next one goes to the blue relay under the radio

and the last one goes to a flat plug near the center

anymore ideas are appreciated, i'm mostly hoping keegan will check this out
