Crab -

I'd recommend a new water pump, an aftermarket radiator (such as Koyo), new temp sensor, thermostat and such, and either a well-shrouded OEM clutch fan or well-shrouded puller-type electric fans.

yes, I would upgrade your rad. I'm not sure about eBay intercoolers, I wouldn't do it but I could be wrong.

I never upgraded mine until I ran across someone selling an aluminum for $125.. Its not necessary unless you are overheating..

A nice big radiator makes a HUGE difference. I ran my 430rwhp KA-T car with a stock water pump, stock thermostat, AC condensor fan ONLY, and a KOYO radiator at full boost in 90+ degree weather. Never once overheated.

I was always told, if it doesn;t overheat without the turbo, its not going to over heat with the turbo.

Running OEM replacement and haven't had any issues. Was at 12psi for 500miles and 8psi for 1500.

Looking to do around 250-275hp just want to make sure nothing will go wrong with the build. Because i know fuel management and a good ecu tune is everything.Just want to make sure and check all angles of the blown KA-T.

well ive been running the same factory oem radiator for the past 13 years and even after the 10K+ miles of boost, no overheating has ever occurred (knock on wood). so, if ur current radiator is in poor condition or has a crack, go with an upgraded one. as for the fans, well im still running a stock clutch fan but i do have some altima fans waiting. never really heard of the stock clutch fan going bad so it just really depends on the condition of the parts currently on the car.
