Heres the problem, I'll be driving around stop and go for about 30-40 minutes and then the stock cluster temperature gauge will rise straight up to Hot. I bought a Greddy water temperature gauge (tapped into the upper rad hose) just so I can get accurate readings and thats rising to 100 degrees Celsius and 110 degrees Celsius. When I installed the temperature sensor, I had to drain the cooling system and I used a special tool that creates a vacuum in the system and then fills it up with coolant so there are no air bubbles. I have a Koyo Radiator and 2 12" fans and I don't see how my car can be overheating. I have no clue of whats going on with my engine.

check for bubbles again. run the car with the heater full blast. when it gets hot, that means your thermostat should already be open.

Make sure your thermostat isn't stuck closed. If the coolant isn't allowed to circulate, this can happen. Open up the rad cap with the car cold. Start it, and let it warm up. When the t-stat opens, the lower rad hose should be hot. How are your fans setup to work? Constantly on?

You're set up is way than enuff for cooling, check the thermostat, and when you have the car warming up squeeze the top radiator hose and try to get out bubbles, and run the heater to see if it's circulating.

One of my fans turn on at 150 degrees F and the other one turns on with the A/C. Ill check for bubbles again today. The problem occurs when its hot out. It never did this when it was below 60 outside.
