I think that I have an air bubble in my coolant system and I can't seem to get it out.

Here's what the car is doing (it didn't used to do this):When driven really hard on a hot day with the A/C going, the stock temp gauge begins to creep up at a traffic light. When I start moving again...the temp gauge starts to go back down. It's not that the car has come up to a certain speed, but almost that the weight transfer from accelerating causes coolant to run over something that was getting hot.

I have dual 12" FAL fans and they are on constantly. I had a similar setup as before. The only difference is that the radiator has been replaced with a copper factory replacement and a NISMO thermostat.

It does take a long time to get the car to do this, but it's still a concern. I've tried running the car until it got hot with the rad cap open and everything seemed good. I tried opening the bleed valve in the front and filling up the rad until coolant spilled out the top and that didn't seem to work either.

After a pretty hard run, I switch the car off and I hear bubbling coming from the overflow tank. The water level is really high, but when it cools, the coolant level goes back to normal.

Before I put in the new waterpump, radiator and t-stat, the car would never get hot no matter how hard I flogged it with the A/C on.

Please provide any help that you can.

Probably got some air bubbles still in there, not alot but still some in there, that'd be my guess. Try hosing the rad down with a garden hose to cool down the coolant and shrink it down a bit, squeeze at the radiator hoses with the cap on and try packing in more coolant after the squeezes. Try the bleeder screw again too, that might yield a little more air that didn't come out the first time.

yeah, also jack up the front end and burp the air out with cap off. i would caution you that nismo products are good but a slightly sticking thermostat will do just what you are describing. be sure to have the heat on while burping and alternate from idle to 2500 rpm with the occasional wot snap.
