Im waiting on a new sleeve from Nissan, should be here wednesday.

These are the wires that came from the unit. The oval/bullet style was the only one connected. The unit is to the left of the thermostat housing, all the green corrosion piece. lol

I tried drilling out the old one but I tore up that sleeve, $7.80 from Nissan, hopefully be here Wednesday.

After recieving the new sleeve, I have come to the conclusion that you should replace that sleeve when you replace the sender unit.

I took the new sender, got from Oreillys, and tapped the sleeve on to the new sender. It took all of 10 seconds.

Maybe its just this year that makes them this way, or maybe I missed the aftermarket remake, but this was the solution I came up with. :dblthumb:
