I have seen a RB swap that used the Stock R32 Xmemeber and it was so close to the raidaitor that it looked like you couldn't put in any fans. Whats the deal?

you cant use a stock clutch fan with the RB crossmember.

FAL has slimlines that work, if you dont go with FAL get anything that is 2500CFM or higher.

FAL's are the only ones i have found that DO clear between the rad. and engine. all others have to be used as a "push" type

Instead of puller fans get pusher fans and mount it where your a/c condensor is. or get a slim puller fan (one 12")

The RB series motors, especially the RB26DETT, run very hot. One of the biggest issues you will have when installing the RB motors into a 240SX is cooling problems.

Most people use dual pusher fans, at least 3000CFM for a RB26 setup.

There is basically no room to mount a puller, so I wouldn't consider it.

You will need to cut the core support a little and reweld new brackets to fit a dual setup, we are working with Flex-A-Lite currently trying to get something produced for the RB 240's.. There is a big demand for this part.

Whenever we put the RB26DETT into my car within the next few weeks, I will come back and post pics of what we did for you guys to view.

i have dual 12" aircon fans on my car, not the greatest fans but just running off the stock radiator temperature sensor they work fine and were cheap. pics here:http://www.cardomain.com/memberpage/351709
