Cooling Fans not working 93 Maxima

Does anyone know how to repair the cooling fans on 93 Maxima 4dr SC. They are not running at all - is it a sensor, electrical??

Fan operation is controlled by the ECU. Check the fuses and relays. Refer to pages EL-8&9 (wiring diagrams) and EL-166 (for component location). Additional references are available from the EC (Engine Control) and LC (Lubrication and Cooling) chapters of the FSM (Factory Service Manual). The FSM is for the 94 Maxima but it should also apply to your car.
