04 350z cooling fans not working

Are they supposed to? Not sure where you live but here it's cold enough my fans don't come on and one of the fans only comes on when you use the a/c anyhow. If your car is actually getting hot then you'll want to test the fans, just jumper wires to them and see if they come on, could be the fans, could be the thermoswitch, could also be an air pocket in your coolant not allowing the thermoswitch to get hot enough, top off and burp your coolant if needed.
