?Cooling fan wont work?

the cooling fan in my 2000 sentra will not come on while the engine is running and causing overheating issues. any help will be appreciated.

i'd check for the connections to the fan to see if there worn at all.

ur coolant temperature sensor may be bad too. if so, the fan wouldn't come on. that could possibly be the problem.

Start with the fuses.

If the sensor is bad, the gauge won't show the right temperature and may not indicate overheating. Is it showing? If not, I assume you diagnosed it by symptoms.

Regardless, as I was saying, check the fuse boxes and make sure that the fan switch fuse isn't broken. Also look for the fan switch. If you don't know where they are, get the FSM from the link in my sig.
