Cooling Fan Replacement for 2003 QX4

My plastic radiator cooling fan shows a crack near the bolt. Has anyone replaced the fan before? Does anyone know the part number or aftermarket brand? I'm thinking about Derale metal fan, but don't know the exact measurements

if anyone has the old fan out of the car, could you please let me know the dimensions of the hole pattern? Thanks.

So many fan replacement questions lately! I need to put this one in the FAQ, hehe.

There's no aftermarket option. Buy OEM or find a good one from a junkyard or somebody parting out. I replaced mine with fewer cracks. I'll give a number to call for the best price for an OEM part.
