Cooling fan conversion

Has anyone converted the cooling fan on their Pathy or QX4 from the belt driven fan to an electric setup? If so, which fan did you use and any tips you could provide on the conversion. I have an '02 QX4.

If you do this, I would think the 350z electric fan would do well on your truck.
