Cooling fan always on

I have very strange problem with my new Q. When i turn key to on position (not start engine) the small cooling fan in front radiator turn on at full speed even cold start in the morning. There is no check engine light. What cause this? Thanks

Could be a variety of problems such as stuck defective relay, defective coolant temp sensor, defective A/C triple switch.......follow troubleshooting procedure in factory service manual to pin down exact cause and its remedy.
