Coolent drain

For future reference,I replaced my water pump yesterday and when I took it off -goosh- a liter or so of coolent rushed out.I drained the radiator, but there was still coolant in the block. Is there a drain plug for the block or another way to get the coolent out?THnks

yes, under the exhaust manifold there is a bolt on the block next to one of the freeze plugs
