Hello fellow members,
I just hit 90k miles on my 06 m35 and lately was noticing a smell of coolant but not a drop leaking u dear the car any where, today I was going around the corner and turn in a/c, and I noticed temperature gauge going higher so I turned around and went home, upon arriving home I took off the plastic panels and found out the coolant reservoir is empty and coolant has gone out from some where making the lower radiator hose and that area all soaked in coolant, does any one had that problem before, is it a hose, waterpump or radiator. I'm having a mechanic friend coming to do a pressure test later on today but I was wondering on what to expect? And help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Glad you found the culprit. Sometimes the views indicate that the viewers empathize and would like to help, except they can't really relate or give you anything constructive. Nico is a great community and people generally help when they can.

Anyway, I just ordered a radiator for an 06 M45 from amazon. Koyo or TYC brands have lifetime warranties and from what I saw, they are made by the same outfit.
amazon results: http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss? ... 0+radiator
quick ebay search: http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R4 ... r&_sacat=0

The amazon shipping is taking way longer than I hoped for, but I've had good results from eBay and another website called importreplacementparts.

Good detective work - I had read your earlier post, but there was too little data to make a recommendation. A hairline crack makes sense as it would expand and leak when hot. If you have Amazon Prime, then it can be the best place to buy it with free two day shipping. My second stop for parts is RockAuto. They have the TYC for $127.79 where it is $133.91 on Amazon.

considering the prices its probably not worth it, but I had my Kubota radiator fixed at a radiator repair place and its held for two years now. Just a backup option if you need it that there are radiator repair places that would do that kind of thing. Of course it must be metal and not any plastic connector that needs repair.

I end up buying this

Probably the last one as it's now out of stock a Denso radiator for $114 shipped with 3 year warranty, doesn't hurt to have it in case something happens to it with in three years, still waiting on my mechanic friend to come help me install it. Probably this weekend. I had another car as I'm in the car business , buy and sell and broker; so I was driving a Durango V8 till I sold it yesterday. Now I'm car less and can't wait to have the M35 up and running again.

Thanks every one.

Please provide feedback if any one have experience with that Denso Radiator.
Thanks again.
