coolant pipe

can the coolant outlet pipe on the intake manifold be replaced? i dont actually know what it called. how do you remove it?

the pipe itself, no it cant, its cast into the rest of the manifold

ive been scrubbing it with naval jelly. it sorta looks like the surface of a meteor. i have a feeling it will allow coolant to seep through and get all crudded up again. you know if theres anything that can be done about it?

You can try using a scotch brite type scrubber and try cleaning it up a bit. Might help a little, wouldn't hurt trying
