I've been researching extensively about this and have been unable to find a clear answer. I have an '89 240sx with a blacktop SR20DET swap. I bought it as somebody's project, so I have some parts and I am missing others. The car is up and running strong, but I am having an issue trying to figure out where all of the coolant lines go. I can't figure out where the coolant line that is between the throttle cable and alternator goes. As pictured I spliced this line into my main radiator hose, which I now know was a mistake. There is also another port that has a hose over it that is closed off. I also don't know what this is/does. I know there are a coolant lines that run under the intake manifold, but I personally do not think this line goes under there. Ideally I'd like to see a diagram of where all of the coolant lines start and end, but an explanation would be very helpful as well. The only things I've been able to find are diagrams that show where the coolant flows within the engine. These have gotten me close, but I can't figure out where to physically connect all of my lines. I am not new to 240's (started with a '93 KA), but I am new to SR's so all the help you can give is much appreciated! I attached a few pictures that will hopefully help.
