is there any cracks on the radiator itself where it meets the hose? Try tightening the clamps too.

The radiator is brand new and the clamp is as tight as it will ever be. It is where this little pipe coming from the engine and the upper hose. The collant is leaking underneath.

Pics would help a lot. It may be a crack or a rust pin hole in the steel pipe that goes into the aluminum on the intake.

I'm doubting you can buy a replacement for that peice of pipe, it is most likely pressed into the aluminum very tightly. Try taking off your manifold and see if you can get it welded. If it is infact steel it shouldn't be too hard to weld it just needs to be cleaned well. You could also try to find another intake manifold to replace it. Just make sure it doesn't have the same problems, lol.
