Hey peeps, I got my coolant system running yesterday, and found a leak towards the back of the engine. The leak actually falls from where the bell housing meets the engine, so Im thinkin it is either the heater hoses or the turbo water lines. Only thing is, I checked those and they were fine. Is there anything on the back of the engine that runs coolant besides that?

Could aslo maybe one of the coolant lines on the intake manifold but your 1st guess might be right.

I had a coolant leak on the back also and it was one of the heater hoses that connected to the block.... I hated that hose nomatter how much I tighten it it still leaked some just a constant anoying drop that fell faster and faster....anyway it looks like the hose is just a little to big and also there is a metal piece welded where the hose slides into just out it before that welded piece and tighten it. mine is not leaking anymore...haha whos laughing now drop.

I think so. I didnt get a chance to fix it today, but I felt under the lower hose and it was wet, so that seems to be it. I bought a 90 degree hose elbow to throw on there, cuz it is kina kinked and I think this wi;; help. Then tighten that mofo down TIGHT and look for the drips.

Goto advanced auto and get the little brass adapters for hoses, you need to use them becaues rb's use smaller hoses than the KA did..
