Those hoses you're referring to are under the runners of the intake manifold and run from the front to the back right? There's a small tee off that feeds coolant to your IACV. You could take it off without taking off the intake manifold, just it'll be very cramped and will be very difficult. I cleaned out my IACV just yesterday and it took about an hour to an hour and a half to get it bolted down properly. The clamp that holds the portion to the back is the difficult one to get to. There are actually two though, there's one that's more towards the outer part of the block, then there's another one buried deeper inside. The one deeper in, you're screwed and will probably have to take off the intake manifold. The one that's visible from the side where the runners are shouldn't take all too long to replace.
