Can someone help me? i just got my s13 fired up the other day and it runs smoothly...But!.... after taking a drive around the block, i noticed white smoke...when i popped the hood i notice coolant steaming from under the throttle body... is it a hose problem or something else?

Probably a hose problem. There are hoses that take coolant through the throttle body to prevent it from freezing. One of them probably cracked from old age. Prepare to get your hands dirty.
