I noticed that the coolant is leaking from the radiator cap. I have replaced the cap but i still have the same problem.
Is the water pump bad?..Anyone had the same problem?

Assuming you used OEM or a new, good quality radiator cap.......The aluminum piece that the radiator cap screws on to gets worn out. Will the cap spin 360 degrees or are the stops intact? If it spins 360 the stops are gone and this adapter needs replacement.

I did use a new cap... The adapter does not look in bad shape though.
Another thing I noticed is that the water in the little tank always runs out I have refill it every two days or so.

I would drop by an Advance Auto Parts (or similar) and borrow their coolant system pressure tester. I'm not sure about the 94 but on my 91 there are two coolant system caps. One for the radiator and the other on the aluminum piece that Mike G. described. When I removed the plastic piece that overs the radiator top, I found the other cap. I would pressure check the system to see if you can see a slow coolant leak.

My experience and therefor my advice is NEVER EVER remove either of the 2 caps unless you have a brand new one either in your hand or in your trunk/glovebox..........many times when removing the old cap, the rubber gasket tears due to sticking to the metal as you twist off the cap and when replacing it you end up with a leak!!!!! ALways have a new cap ready for when this happens or else you will ruin your day!!
