i have a problem, every few days or so I check under my hood and notice there's coolant leaking and making a lil puddle under my car, it seems like the coolant is dropping some where above the oil filter on my 240sx ka24de...i did a couple of checks from reading some forums...theres no smoke coming out, i opened the radiator cap and the coolant doesnt bubble, but the coolant started to rise when i turned on the engine so i shut it off, also i notice that sometimes the coolant level in the reservoir went up a little bit sometimes, just got it replaced a week ago hoping it would help since it was cracked...and very rarely white smoke coming out of the exhaust pipe the engine is cold and i just started the engine which i know is coolant burning....so can anyone help as to what the problem may be? i hope its just a bad pipe and not a head gasket

Not really a good idea to drive it much as what ever is leaking could get drasticly worse in only a few seconds. Go to autozone and loan a pressure tester. pressurize the system and look up in there to see what is leaking. Its likely a heater hose or bypass hose.

thanks nistech, I replaced the heater hose and add this solution into the raditor which seals the gaskets and everything and now there's no more leaks. Thanks for the help. =)

well I changed all the hoses just to be on the safe side since the car is over 10 years old and im pretty sure the previous owner didn't do it. but yeah I also changed the ones under the intake manifold
