96 i30... I recently had an entire system coolant flush done. I am having an issue w/the reservoir tank. It's always empty after numerous refills. The radiator is full to it's capacity. Prior to the flush I had the same issue. Where is the fluid going. What do I need to check or do. Also I recently did all my brakes: pads; rotors; calipers; mounting brackets. The mechanic bled them before installing but when I press on the brakes I have to do a double pump for them to work properly. FYI the brake fluid is full beyond the max level. Is that an issue? Appreciate any help. Thank you

Cracked tank? Does the radiator stay full even after the reservoir tank is empty?

Do you have normal coolant temp? Your best bet is to remove the reservoir and check for cracks. If not, problem is somewhere else - radiator, engine or heater core or tubings/fittings.

The mechanic who worked on your brakes - is he certified or just a shade tree mechanic? Brakes are safety items which MUST BE TESTED after repair/replacement to ensure they are working properly. It's obvious that he didn't do it,

You need to perform brake burnishing to ensure the brake materials are bedded-in. You can follow Nissan's recommended 31-0-10 (full stop from 31 MPH, 10 times) or Bendix's 30-30-30 (full stop from 30 MPH with 30 seconds cooling period, 30 times) or the better yet risky 60-10-10 (brake at 60 MPH until car slows down to 10 MPH, NEVER A FULL STOP, 10 times).
