Well I've now had to add about 2gallons-ish since I've replaced the rad cap.. There's no signs on visible leaking on or around the hose connections and no white puffy from the exhaust. I've checked all the fittings and water pump weep hole and notta. Should I just drop the dough and buy whole cooling system??? Rad, hoses, thermostat, water pump kit. If so I was looking at TT dayco kit? Anyone with experience with that product

Dumb question, has your oil or transmission fluid been checked lately? If either of them are overfull and you haven't filled them lately, there may be an internal coolant leak, which, while you cant see it will leak from the radiator into the engine, oil pan, or transmission and cause them to be overfull and can damage the engine or trans. That would be the first thing I would check if the radiator was empty and there was no external leak.

Have you checked the oil make sure its not it there? Just a thought, I doubt it, cause you will know by now.

Chances are you have a leak under the plenum, behind the plenum. It could be small enough to not notice an actually leak, and evaporates enough for the fluid to be going somewhere. Best way to find out is get the car warm, take a mirror to all the areas where there is a hose. If it fogs up, your leak is around there.

With a TT radiator in a NA, you need the bracket for the lower part of the radiator and new brackets for the upper part.

Can you possibly get a picture? And if the leak isn't visible in the picture maybe use a drawing tool on your computer to circle the leak area. Trying to think of what it could be, but I'm having a hard time remembering the set up for the cooling lines.

Above the water pump? only one of two things that can leak.
Coolant bypass tubes, they will corrode over time; or the bypass rubber hoses.

tubes: these bolt onto the block.

rubber hoses: these attach to the above tubes and rad hoses.

It's directly under the edge of the TBelt cover but only leaks when there's full pressure on the system

Could it possibly be the gaskets behind the hard pipes??? I'm just gonna do the whole Tbelt kit new hoses on the front and one know the hose sizes for the hoses under the plenum

Also what temp thermo other than the stock 170degree. Would hotter or cooler be better for these engines

Keeping the car at 170 degrees is optimal. Hotter could cause damage, running colder will make it run rich . Nissan engineers designed these engines to run around 170.
