Coolant Gauge.

Need help!

When I accelerate hard my coolant gauge lowers and fluctuates, only under acceleration. Under normal driving it's fine.

Any Ideas?

Whats a coolant gauge? Do you mean "Temp Gauge", if so your temp sensor connection is loose.

when you accelerate the wind speed off your fan increases. since the single wire temp sender is right behind it on the intake,that wind hits it and pushes back on it. if the spade connector that is rivited to it is loose it will cause a intermitten connection loss. Check the security of the spade on the sensor. Single wire black connector on the front of you intake manifold near the head in the coolant/water jacket.
