1. drain coolant from radiator via that one plug at the bottom corner (remember to take the cap off). when it's done draining, tighten the drain plug at the bottom of the rad.2. look for a little yellow sticker that says "do not open when hot" it should be a 10mm bolt and pull it out. 3. pour coolant into the radiator and keep filling until coolant pops out that 10mm bolt hole. Put some silicone sealant on the bolt and put back into the hole. Continue filling4. When you're at the top of the radiator, pop the cap back on and squeeze your upper rad hose and then check your rad cap and fill more. Keep doing this until most of the bubbles are gone. 5. Start the car, keep squeezing the upper rad hose, for a few minutes, shut down the car and let cool.6. pop the rad hose off when the motor is cold and keep filling the radiator.
tip: it helps if the car's on stands tipping the motor at an angle to better fill the radiator and stuff.
personal note: I use distilled water, Alhambra specifically since they do not add salt like some water companies do. Using distilled water increases the heat capacity of the water a few degrees C. Also if you're in some place warm that never sees freezing temperatures, don't worry about the antifreeze if you're using redline water wetter. The antifreeze acts like a bit of a lubricant for your water pump and stuff like that, but if you keep it out of your mix, then you should use the redline water wetter.
