Im about to flush and fill my coolant and heard that the KA traps air easily.

I have heard about a burp hole or bleeder valve for the coolant to eliminate the trapped air. Where would this be? I have searched and checked out the FAQ on 240sx.org

This would be for a KA24E

Thanx for the help!

never worked on a KA but the RB has a problem like that too, the highest point in the system will have a bleeder of some kind. On the RBs it's a bolt on the intake. Look at the motor and follow the hose routing to the highest point of the system and you should find something.

Get one of those valved radiator caps, u know, the ones with the handle on top. I grabbed one of those and just pulled the handle up while the car was running till it came up to temp. Ran it for 10 min. then shut down. Repeat when car is completely cool. Worked for me. 1

its on top of the intake manifold around the temp sensor. you unscrew the plug and fill up the radiator with coolant till it starts leaking fom plug then tighten. The plug under the exhaust is a block drain plug
