coolant burning/burnt pistons

1995 KADE in 1993 Hatch. Back in july I had sputtering and bogging issues, changed PCV oil thing next to the alternator, new knock sensor and it went away. 3 weeks ago I realized at take off i felt a drop in power before 3000 rpm then it would take off but with a puff of white smoke, figured head gasket. I parked it and gathered parts, upon pulling the head off tonight i realized there was cooloant in chambers 1&2, 1st and last piston very black on top and 3rd had like built up carbon, the head itself was all black around the piston chambers. Any suggestions as to any problem besides coolant leakage. I had pictures to upload but cant figure out how. I have them on my phone so anyone having an option/advice for me dont hesitate to pm and I can text them to you.
