Anyone got a pic of the bleeder screw. I know there are two and one is easier to get at then the other. Also a quick step by step of the process would be cool. I've tried downloading the FSM and it isn't working. Thanks.

I have no pic but it is right below or next to the CAS. Hope that helps.

Follow th inlet of the radiator back to the water neck and on the top of it is a small 10mm bolt just back it almost all the way out and coolant will begin to seep out keep the radiator full and let it go for a couple minutes then replace. I typically will do again the following day to make sure there is no air in there. I know the USDM SR20s is prone to all sorts of heating issues and i dont baby my car so i like to be careful.

You probably will see a warning next to it. Maybe an exclamantion point or something indicating "HOT".

On the left side of the engine (drivers side) at the front, there's a pipe with a screw in it. Above the screw should be a yellow sticker that says "never open when hot". That's your target.

I thought so. I tried bleeding the system today. The engine got up to temp and nothing ever came out. No bubbles or coolant. Did I not back it out far enough? I heard you aren't supposed to completely remove it.

Nevermind, problem solved. Thanks for the help everyone. No more overheating. Just call me cucumber boy as in "cool as a" (Bart Simpson)
