on Sunday i changed the top coolant hose on my 1992 240sx. (KA24de) after we worked out all the air bubbles and got it to stop boiling, i thought it was running normal again. but after i drove to work today (about a 15mile drive on the freeway) i noticed smoke coming out of the hood. i popped the hood and noticed that coolant was all over my engine bay. (i have 2 aftermarket fans running) and my temperature gauge reads normal for my car (just below half way up) but i seem to be loosing a lot (about a quart and a half every 5 miles or so) of coolant from the overflow...Ive thought about the thermostat but i don't want to tear into that unless i need to.
any suggestions of things to check.

Bleed it again.
You probably have air bubbles, or your electric fans suck.
After going electric, I swapped back to the stock fan because it was way more efficient.
