I was just watching Two Guys Garage on the Speed Channel and saw some cool stuff.

They bought some remanufactured calipers and a master cylinder from this site to do their brake job. I'm going to check prices and availability for the 240SX.

They also used this , which is a bit expensive, but very cool. The price of that tool equals the cost of getting my brakes bled *once* at my local dealership.

I'm more excited about the re-manned calipers, since I'd really like to overhaul my brake system.

Damn it cost you 140 dollars to get your brakes bled at the dealer?? Geez they butt-raped you...I did mine for FREE. But yeah I like that little tool...when I get my gts-t upgrade it'll be alot easier than bleeding them like I did.

It *would* have cost $139 to have the brakes bled, but due to the insanely high price, I'm going to do it myself. It's going to be a pain in the ***, but I'll do it.

goto your local auto store look near the compression testers for a mityvac. its like 24-35$ and it is a great tool to use on brakes!

Its really not that hard, I don't see why people make such a big deal about it...

I got Russell Speed Bleeders for my 240. Takes me a couple minutes to bleed the brakes now and I can do it by myself. Cost = $14.00
