Today was the grand opening for my friends new shop, called Garage Works in Palmdale, CA.

So we had a BBQ, set of some fireworks, and generally just had a good time. It was a really cool day, met some fine folk, and I was even feelin the Hondas that showed up. Including the special one you will see later.

The spread of cars that were there when I got there. First is a nicely modded WRX. Next to that is my friend Mickie's 90 Hatch with a blacktop, next to that is this guys Coupe with a Silvia face and a redtop. Then a CRX (which I know nothing aboot), an H22 Hatch, my 240, and my friend Kylers 240 that rides on rails, his suspension is the bomb.

Kylers Wheels (unf, Z32 brakes):

My new wheels, S14 SE wheels for 5 lug conversion and Z brake upgrade:

Now for my notes.

RHD is kinda strange while being totally normal at the same time. I did some right turns and left turns and wasn't really fazed by it. The weird part though is that you look to the left and there is this big *** dashboard instead of just a mirror. That will definitely throw off your normal perception. Backing up was very strange too. Plus turning on the wipers by accident every time you go to take a turn kinda sucked. The JDM signals are on the right side, not the left. Overall though, RHD is badass. I'm sold on it. Next project car is RHD, no****ingmatter what.

He does everything. Swaps, custom turbo kits, exhausts, intercooler piping, suspension, parts, a lot of stuff.

hmnmmm palmdale is a good distance from me but might make a comprimise to find a good shop, all the shops in my town are total rice shops, there is one that is making a slow move to actual performance.

Hey, what wheel size are those? 16s? Don't know much about the designation per year. I'm asking, cuz if they are 15s, and you are going to fit z32s, then maybe they'll fit my wheels too.

Stretch,I've seen some of his work. It's been really good quality, from what I've seen. I'm doing my brakes and 5 lug conversion there. Plus that 2JZ in to a MKIII is no easy task, I know that much. It's not like an SR20 swap.
